Position Overview:

In this position, you will join an experienced team placing Accounting & Finance professionals nationwide into a multitude of industries. You will have access to 480+ open mandates and clients to leverage. The role is full 360, requiring you to deliver candidates at the highest level.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform at the highest level as a full-desk A&F consultant.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their talent needs, and delivering customized recruitment solutions that exceed expectations.
Be given the opportunity to step into a leadership role with excellent performance.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in placing roles within the office of the CFO into all verticals.
Deep understanding of Accounting and Finance roles, trends, and talent dynamics, with a robust network.
Strong communication skills, with the ambition to be the best.

Ability to leverage existing client relationships.
Strong billing numbers for experience

​Position Overview:

In this position you would be a market director in charge of permanent placement focussing on Accounting & Finance, being responsible for scaling your own desk as well as the on boarding and continue growth of a supporting team. With a soft landing and walking into existing relationships, being able to leverage them whilst bringing your own is key.  

 Roles and responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Help Lead the strategic direction and growth initiatives of Accounting and Finance in the US and possibly have a team built out underneath you.

• Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their talent needs and delivering customized recruitment solutions that exceed expectations.

• Team Management: You will be quickly managing a team, whilst being involved in the expansion of the team. So, you will need to build and mentor a high-performing team of Accounting and Finance full desk recruiters, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

• Driving revenue; you will be responsible for driving revenue from clients whilst placing into them at the highest level.

 Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in placing within the Accounting and Finance space.

• Deep understanding of roles within niche, trends, and talent dynamics, with a robust network.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
