Tempting Talent is currently partnered with a Leading talent and staffing solutions company that work across Technology, A&F and Professional services. They are growing at a fast rate across the whole of the US in locations such as New York, New Jersey Philadelphia, Boston, Austin and Houston.

They are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in developing a strong client base across any of there verticals. They have an excellent recruiting team that are executing on all jobs on average in 5 days.

 Responsibilities:

• Identify partnership opportunities.
• Develop new relationships to grow the business and help the company expand.
• Maintain existing business relationships.
• Think critically about which solutions would address client needs and pitch them effectively.

Experience:

• Strong track record in a sales-related role, heavily client facing.
• Ideally, experience working with a vast array of clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
• Focused and goal-oriented.
• Motivated.
