Overview

We are currently working with a boutique Go-To-Market search firm, operating in the Venture-backed Technology space. With a strong demand from the investment community to build out the GTM function at top Technology portfolio companies - particularly within SaaS, the Founder
is seeking a full-desk or sales focused search professional with experience working with Venture-backed Technology start-ups in the Go-To-Market function, to join as a Partner and further grow the business. They are a very methodological and process driven firm, with a structure that allows you to spend more time advising and working with founders, and ultimately maximize personal billings.

Responsibilities

  • Client and revenue generation - winning business from VC-backed portfolio companies.
  • Partner with the firm's Founder to further grow the business, leverage the brand and win more work.
  • Collaborate with the other Executive Search Directors to drive growth of the division.

Ideal candidate

  • Contingent / Retained search experience with a track record of winning your own work. Minimum of $200k in independent origination.
  • Experience working in core market of GTM search for Technology start-ups (VC-backed).
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, with strong communication skills.
