Position Overview: In this position, you will join an experienced team placing Accounting & Finance professionals into Buy-side or Sell-side Financial Services. You will have access to 150+ open mandates and clients to leverage. The role is full 360, requiring you to deliver candidates at the highest level.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform at the highest level as a full-desk A&F consultant.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their talent needs, and delivering customized recruitment solutions that exceed expectations.
• Be given the opportunity to step into a leadership role with excellent performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in placing roles within the office of the CFO into financial services.
• Deep understanding of Accounting and Finance roles, trends, and talent dynamics, with a robust network.
• Strong communication skills, with the ambition to be the best.

• Ability to leverage existing client relationships.
• Strong billing numbers for experience
