ENTRY LEVEL RECRUITER

My Client is looking to hire Entry Level Recruiters who are looking to progress their careers within the Recruitment / Talent space and really fulfill their potential within the highly lucrative Financial services & Technologies Industry.

My Client is Financial Services & Technologies Recruitment firm based in Miami, backed by a global PE-backed investment firm.

In the last year they have seen Entry Level Recruitment Consultants join the business and move into a consultant role within a matter of months, subsequently increasing their earning potential to over $120,000 in their first year! Others who have joined in the past 2 years are now earning in excess of $200,000 and have successfully built around them. Their top performers earn in excess of $450,000 per year.

As an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant my Client will equip you with all the tools to enable you to move from good to great in as short a period of time as possible:

• Clear routes to succeed including fast track career progression from Entry Level / Trainee to Directorships / V.P. / Presidency.

Salary and Benefits:

• $55,000 base salary (to increase upon promotion within 6 months)
• Commission from day 1 (you should take home six figures within a year)
