Tempting Talent is currently partnered with a Leading talent and staffing solutions company that work across Technology, A&F and Professional services. They are growing at a fast rate across the whole of the US in locations such as New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Boston, Austin and Houston.
They are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in developing a strong client base across any of there verticals. They have an excellent recruiting team that are executing on all jobs on average in 5 days.
Responsibilities:
- Identify partnership opportunities.
- Develop new relationships to grow the business and help the company expand.
- Maintain existing business relationships.
- Think critically about which solutions would address client needs and pitch them effectively.
Experience:
- Strong track record in a sales-related role, heavily client facing.
- Ideally, experience working with a vast array of clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused and goal-oriented.
- Motivated.
